Beautiful, fully struck 25 cent in mint state condition. Coin is very lustrous, brilliant & mostly white. Just a hint of overall toning. Sharp well detailed obverse with a couple of dark toning spots around the peripheral between 10 & 11 o'clock and between 5 & 6 o'clock. Reverse has slight more toning with darkish grey/black around the peripheral & rim.
