Cross graded ICCS SP66. A light steel grey with green & blue hues at the peripherals on the obverse. There are a few of the 1881's certified however this is by far the nicest example that we have seen of this issue as in some of the other cases there is severe die detioration visible. Victorian 50 cent pieces are scarce in mint state and are rare in grades 65 or above. This is the highest graded by PCGS and is far superior to both the Norweb and the Pittman coins. It should attract serious interest from the advanced collector.
