Subdued mirror surfaces with lustre at the outside devices. Rich orange color. Slightly handled as this was on display at the Heaton Mint for years. There are no detracting marks just not as flashy as you would expect for a specimen issue. Still a very attractive coin. Ex John J. Pittman.
